Small businesses across Southern Ocean County and the state have an opportunity to elevate their digital presence, without spending a dime. Thanks to the New Jersey Economic Development Authority (NJEDA) and its Small Business E-Commerce Support Program, eligible businesses can receive up to $11,400 in free e-commerce and digital marketing consulting services. Business owners or managers who operate a restaurant, retail store, or personal care business with a commercial location in New Jersey may be eligible for custom website development, online ordering platform set up, and E Commerce integration and optimization. This initiative is designed to help small businesses thrive in the digital economy.

Southern Ocean Chamber Member New Frontier Storefront is a proud consulting partner in this program. Since July 2023, they’ve launched hundreds of websites for small businesses across the state—all at no cost to the business owners. Their work is especially prevalent throughout the Jersey Shore and LBI, helping local entrepreneurs modernize their online presence or launch an e-commerce store from scratch.
