New Episode of the LBI Region Report!

On the latest LBI Region Report Podcast, we welcomed our very own Audrey Peak, Digital Engagement & Member Support at the Southern Ocean County Chamber of Commerce and founder of Brody’s Crew, shared the heartfelt story behind the Manahawkin-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit she created in memory of her son, Brody, who passed away at age five after a courageous two-and-a-half-year battle with AML leukemia. Brody’s Crew honors his memory by supporting Ocean County families facing pediatric cancer, helping with everyday expenses, gift cards, holiday gifts, and other assistance based on each family’s individual needs.

During Childhood Cancer Awareness Month in September, Brody’s Crew partners with the Stafford Township School District and local businesses on its annual coin collection, with funds helping the organization continue supporting local families, especially during the holiday season.
