Stafford Township invites residents, parents, students, and community members to join us for an important public workshop regarding the Safe Routes to School Project surrounding the McKinley Avenue Campus! 📅 Thursday, June 25, 2026 ⏰ 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM 📍 260 East Bay Avenue, Manahawkin, NJ 08050 This project, funded through the Safe Routes to School Program, aims to improve pedestrian accessibility and safety surrounding the school campus through proposed sidewalks, pathways, and related improvements. The workshop will include: ✔ An overview of the Safe Routes to School Program ✔ Background on how the project was developed ✔ Proposed sidewalk and pathway concepts ✔ Opportunities for public input and feedback Representatives from McCormick Taylor, the project designers, will present conceptual improvements and gather community feedback. 🗣 Your input matters! Community feedback is an important part of this planning process, and residents are encouraged to attend to help identify priorities, concerns, and opportunities for safer pedestrian connections throughout the area. Hosted in partnership with Stafford Township, the Stafford Township School District, and the New Jersey Department of Transportation. We hope to see you there!
