Description

✨Join us for a Full Moon Meditation, Reiki Infusion, and Crystal Bowl Sound Bath. ✨ In this workshop, you will be guided through a seated meditation where we will focus on the Full Moon. After the meditation, the group will be provided with pen and paper to write out an intention of something you would like to release from your life. You can take the paper home or leave it with us to be burned as a way to complete the release. Once our intentions have been placed on paper, the crystal bowl sound bath will begin. Through the process of meditation and crystal bowls, each person will receive Reiki in a group setting. Reiki works to restore the body, mind, and spirit to balance, assisting the release. You will be experiencing the synergistic effect of having two practitioners throughout one event!
